Barbara Alexander (Owner/President)

Barbara has twenty eight (28) years in Personnel recruiting in  Jackson 

and throughout  Mississippi. As your recruiter, she strives  to  provide candidates

 and clients for a well matched placement. Barbara does this through her years

of expertise in a variety of employment areas.  She is known for her

interviewing and screening processes as well as her talent for listening to detail.

This helps to ensure a match is made for every aspect of the position available.

She has  provided  this area with  some very fine employees for many years 

working with  both local  owned and numerous major National  firms.

Her son joined the firm in 1996 as a specialized recruiter from Dallas.  His experience in the field of medical and pharmaceutical sales expanded the business to other areas of employment. 

Barbara did work as a Personnel Consultant for 12 1/2 years  for  large well established Jackson  personnel firm  prior  to her opening her own Recruiting Business  in  1993.   Prior to her  Personnel Experience she was a Hotel  Sales  Director  for major hotel chains in Memphis .  She moved to Jackson in 1977 thus leaving her hometown of Memphis to join a major Hotel Chain as the Sales Manager.
